Day to day I'm a straight talking strategy & innovation consultant, facilitator, optimist, pragmatic dreamer and generally enthusiastic and driven to make stuff happen. Innovation is about what you get out the door, not the ideas you have.
I'm a hybrid person: a background as a strategy consultant, digital lead, ux architect, coder / developer, manager and tech director building teams of 6 to 26.
I'm enjoying myself as a managing partner in Iris, a founder of a FinTech startup and innovation lead for some of the best brands in the world.
I'll also turn my skills to good causes and and great ventures if there's opportunity and a solid vision.
Things I Can Do
I lead the a "Future Strategy" team and as part of a global leadership team develop the overall strategy consulting proposition and methodology. Responsible for business development, commercials / P&L, team development, program design and R&D.
What do we do? Business leaders today are flat out finding efficiencies, growing revenue and fighting fires, these are the problems of today, the problems of incremental growth. What about tomorrow? The future holds market uncertainty and disruption and there is increasing pressure to respond to social and environmental issues.
